DB MONSTER

I'd been curious about Lollar's DB humbuckers ever since they came out...in so many ways they seemed like something I'd never use. But then I started daydreaming about an anodized black aluminum pickguard and how nice that'd look with the black tops of those pickups and this guitar started to come together in my head. A few months later, here it is. My internet pal, Emmett Brown, came up with a cool parallel / series / split switching circuit for each pickup, so it's incredibly versatile. The series setting in super thick, but the parallel and split sounds are very sweet and capable of twang. 

Torrefied ash body, quartersawn torefied maple / Indian rosewood neck, anodized aluminum pickgaaud, Mastery bridge and vibrato, flat nitrocellulose lacquer. 25-1/2" scale.
